Alfred keeps very little, and keeps it carefully. This page says exactly what, and why.
01Who we are
Alfred is a personal flight agent, operated from San Francisco, California. This policy covers this website, usealfred.com.
02What we collect
One thing, given knowingly: the email address you leave when requesting an invitation.
03What we do not collect
No account, no location, no contact list, no advertising identifiers. While a page is served, our systems see the technical minimum any website sees — such as an IP address — used transiently to deliver the page and deter abuse, never to profile you.
04Why we collect it
To consider your request and to be in touch about access. Nothing else.
05Where it lives
With our email service, Loops (loops.so), hosted in the United States. The website itself is served by Vercel.
06What we never do
Sell your address. Share it with advertisers. Enroll you in anything you did not ask for.
07Cookies
None for tracking, none for advertising. Our visit statistics (Vercel Analytics) are cookieless and anonymous, which is why no consent banner interrupts you.
08Legal basis
For visitors in the EU, EEA, and UK: consent, given when you leave your address. You may withdraw it at any time.
09Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, portability, and objection — under the GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act alike.
10Removal
To have your address removed, reply to any email you receive from Alfred. It will be done promptly and without ceremony.
11Retention
Your address is kept while your request stands or your membership lasts, and removed when you ask.
12Security
Transport is encrypted. Access to the list is limited to those who attend to it.
13Processors
Two, bound by their data-processing agreements: Loops for email, Vercel for hosting and anonymous analytics.
14Children
The site is not directed at children under sixteen, and we do not knowingly hold their information.
15Changes
Should this policy change, the revision date above will say so.
